Declaration Format as per Rule 12 of Companies Incorporation Rules, 2014

Pls clarify the doubt,

I proposed to incorporate a New Stock Broking Company in that, is it mandatory to obtain a SEBI registration for the Proposed Company OR Declaration is enough

If anyone has a Declaration format, pls send me the same, PLS...

Dear Mr. Santoshkumar,

Approval from SEBI is to be taken before actually commencing the business of stock broking. At the time of incorporation, declaration is sufficient because the Company is not in existence.
