Details for company formation with citizens of Hongkong

Hi,

I have inquiry for incorporation of company with citizens of Hongkong and resident of India. Can anyone guide as need to take prior approval of Ministry, so how much time is involved and whats time frame for approval and formation of company. I need to give quote with timeline to the client.
