Hi, I received the Solution from MCA help desk as below, might help you out.
Solution: Please fulfill the following system requirements on your system:
Please refer this link "
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk-6u30-download-1377139.html" to download Java Version "1.6.0_30"(32 Bit[X86] or 64Bit[X64]).
Also note that the OS platform should be WIN XP(SP3), Windows 7, Vista:
User should install JDK 1.6 for proper functionality of website.User should check Java Version by this method.
1.Press Start Button(Bottom Left Corner of Desktop)
2.Click on control panel
3.double click on java icon
4.go to advance tab
5. go to default java for browsers and tick the microsoft internet explorer
6. now go to java tab and click on view
7.product value should be 1.6.0_30
In
case product value is not 1.6.0_30 or more than 1 vlues please tick
1.6.0_30 only and uncheck others or unistall the other version of JDK
and install the JDK 1.6.0_30 version and tick this only.
Also check the following setting in internet explorer:
1. go to tools then go to internet options
2. go to advanced tab
3. go to Java(Sun) and tick the "Use Jre 1.6.0_30 for applet"
In
case Java(Sun) in not there, please unstall the other JDK versions and
install the JDK 1.6.0_30 version and also note that enable only one
java(Java(Sun), not enable Java(IBM) ).
Delete the cookies and temporary internet files from internet explorer properly .
Please contact to concerned certifying authority and install the latest driver.
Please restart the system after applying given above settings.
