OTP Problem in KYC

[RISHI]

We have to file form DIR-3 KYC (not web based) of a foreign director from Canada. But his mobile number is not receiving OTP since last 10 days we are trying. Is anybody else facing this problem? We complained to MCA but they did not provide any suitable solution.

Yes same problem is facing  for German directors. Complaint the same with MCA but not any solutions from there side.

Dear Sir,

I just completed two din.

First time email otp is not successful do generate for second time otp is successful.

Now it is working. After 9.30 to 9.45pm its work out well for me

OTPs are not getting generated, forms are not getting pre-scrutinized since 3 days, lot of problems and hardship is being faced as last date is fast approaching.
