INC-28- for delay in filing of INC 20A (declaration before commencement of business)

Dear Sir,

I am trying to file the form INC - 20A Commencement of business form but it says file inc-28 first.

The commencement of business form is being filed after 6  months of obtaining certificate of incorporation.

What is the remedy, to avoid going to court for obtaining condonation of delay.

As of now there is no any particular way

The form will be Updated Soon and you can file the same after payment of Penalty or u can say late fee

Dear members,
If the company is  filing the form  after 180days, it should get condonation of delay order from respective ROC with paying of penalty Rs. 50000 and Rs.1000 per director per day of delay .
FURTHER after receiving the order copy ,need to file it with INC28.

Great news if the ROC is issued condonation. But what is the amount that the ROC is asking us to pay as late fee?
