what is difference CTC and Extract of Board Resolution

Tell me if there is any difference between CTC ( Certified Ture Copy ) and Extract of Board Resolution and when we can give CTC and Extract.

I think there is a difference between both at some point of time.According to me, when the meeting has been concluded but minutes not prepared at that time we can not give extract of minutes book because it may possible that minutes have not been binded into minutes book as we have a time frame in which we have to bind them ( 30 days or next board meeting whichever is earlier) so in that case we can give certified true copy but not extract of minutes book. In rest of the cases both will mean same. Please correct if i am wrong.

Good - one more point _the SS talks about circulation of draft minutes within 15 days and placing or consideration  of draft resolution ‎.

Till signing of minutes, we can say CTC and after signing CTC or extract of minutes interchangeably

Till Approval of the Draft Minutes, it can neither be a CTC nor an Extract because neither can be issued till in the Draft form.

The SS clause 7.7.2 allows CTC for circulation before entering in Minutes if text of resolution placed at the meeting
