Procedure for opening addition place of business/Branch of llp in another state

Can anyone tell me what is the procedure for opening branch of LLP in other states ? What are the forms, Agreement or Resolution Required?

The Limited Liability Partnership ('LLP'), may, in addition to the registered office address, declare any other address as its address for service of documents to the Registrar of Companies ('RoC') in LLP Form No. 12.
