MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING

Dear Sir ,

We had many board resolutions for F Y 2018-19 , now we want to make minutes of board meeting , do we need to make separate minutes for every board resolution ?

Please also share me the format of minutes of board meeting so that I could make one.

COPY of any Board Resolution or General Body Resolution can be issued only after it is passed by requisite majority either at a meeting of Board/Committee or by Circulating it to the Directors or Members of the Committee, or Shareholders as the case may be. It's not proper and legal to issue Resolution without such approval and if the resolution is so duly approved then there has to be notice, agenda, attendance register and minutes of the meeting.
