Compounding of Offence

Dear Members,

I have filed the Form GNL-1 for compounding as per the court order and now we have received the order to deposit the Penalty amount. The concerned person told us to deposit the fee against the GNL 1 Challan no. under the head of Miscellaneous fee at MCA Site, but when i am making payment as told to me, i encounter an error stating "Please enter valid SRN, this SRN is approved or invalid"

Kindly give your valuable suggestion about how to make payment for Compounding of Offence.

I think first u need to file Court's Order in INC-28 & then through SRN of INC-28 deposit the fees under Miscellaneous Head.
