Can a professional certify CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION as true copy as the client is not having original document

  Yes, a professional such as a Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost Accountant (CMA) in practice can certify a Certificate of Incorporation (COI) as a “True Copy”, provided it is obtained from a reliable source, such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal.
