Wot is the validity of SR passed for issue of share under private placement? nd where it is written in the Act?

Hi,

Its 12 months from the date of passing SR.Please refer Rule 13(2)(f) -Companies (share capital & debenture) rules, 2014.

Thanks@Priyanka. But Rule 13(2)(f) talks about the validity of SR in relation to Preferential Allotment read with section 62(1)(c). 

Is this validity will also be applicable for private placement.?? Plz clarify me.

The offer given is valid for 12months. The limit of SR is till u reach the upper  limit specified  in the SR.
We have did the same in one of.the case
