i dint mean that way. CS Professional mainly concentrate on  Corporate law matter. Where as the non-CS professional work on IT, GST, Audit and companies act. our bread and butter is only corporate law. So we can help them by outsourcing GST, Income tax and audit for their revenue. But they even want to do companies act work. Which i feel we should not pass to non-cs professional

Dear All, 

With due respect, to whom it may have concern, this seems unhealthy to me. We as professional colleagues, depend on each other's assistance & the only thing is one is having relative benefit & another is absolute. Further, we as an ICSI alumni have a moral responsibility "to Promote, regulate and develop the profession of Company Secretary in India".

Sorry, but I am not agreeing on disregarding anyone, when someone asks for assistance in a genuine way & I assume, to develop our profession we shall assist, in possible ways, wherever required, so that none of the member or student will curse the profession in future, because of being isolated.

@Mehul you can refer to the profarma, that itself mentioned in the Notice mail, as we recently did it in the same way.

As a CS professional explore your self beyond Corporate Law,

when CA can do Company law work then why CS can not do the GST or Income Tax work..

i personally do all Corporate law, Trade mark, GST even Income Tax work etc. if i have a time, lots of other work.

Don't limit your self only Corporate law work, there are lots of work, its only depend on your hard work and calibre....

Rest your wish do what ever u want to do............
