Auditor certificate not required for object regarding turnover from proposed activities. Go to ur ROC and tell them. how can Auditor will issued Certificate for that?

But Sumit there is requirement(form INC 24 attchment) of auditor certificate when you are changing the name of the company due to change in the object

Dear All,

I am also in process of changing the name of the company and change in main objects simultaneously. But my main object is still not approved and form mgt 14 is in pending for action.  If i have not done anything with new main objects than how can a ca gives me a certificate for turnover relating to new activity of the company.  and we are changing the name and objects simultaneously in a EGM
