format of letter for charge creation beyond 30 days

please provide me the format of letter signed by director  to be attached for filling form CHG1 beyond 30 days but before 300 days.

Such application for delay to the registrar shall be made in Form No.CHG-10 and supported by a declaration form -10 the company signed by its secretary or director that such belated filing shall not adversely affect rights of any other intervening creditors of the company.Correct if am wrong.

Please file Form CHG-8 only, declaration is inserted in the form itself.

But CHG8 is for application to CG for extension of time beyond period allowed. In case of creation of charge form CHG1 can be filed within 300 days of creation with additional penalty, no need for CG approval. So i thing filing CHG8 will not help.

There is no specific format of Form CHG-10. You can attach letter to the form CHG-1. I have attached the declaration letter, make necessary changes in that.Please let me know whether ROC approved or not.
