DSC registration

[Ramachandran V]

I am trying to register my DSC on the V.3. since last 3 days, not happening at all. 

Anybody has any clue? Have tried all kinds of permutations and combinations and jugaad, still not working. Have followed all the steps as per the MCA guide

First change the token password then try to register the dsc 

as well as download requisite software enbridge and token driver

I am getting this same error message while doing DSC registration. There is other user id in this number, which i have created. What to do. Its 9 days now my DSC is not getting registered.

Use forgot user id option using your pan no and reset password....you can change type of user and role in profile....if need any help feel free to contact me at +91 9022818942

i have done that, when i am entering my membership no. i have to enter only the number, right, not A or F as the case may be. When i enter the membership number, it throws up this error.
