Error in Form DIR-12 for reappointment of Director

Hi,

I am trying to file DIR-12 for reappointment of Independent Director but getting a error "Date of Appointment of the signatory(s)shall be equal to or greater than the date of cessation. Kindly enter valid date. Person is already appointed in the Company under the same designation. "

Last Date of his tenure in  30th September 2024 and i am reappointing him w.e.f.  30th September 2024. I also tried 1st october 2024 but still getting same error.

Should i need to file Dir-11 first.

Please suggest.
