Spice Form not shown in VPD Services of MCA

Dear Experts,

We have incorporated a company a month ago, but under View Public Documents (VPD) we were not able to find Spice form. In this regard, we have also raised a ticket with MCA and told that as per "As per Instructions from MCA, Spice Forms will not be available for public inspection". 

The company is in the process of opening a bank account for which bankers are doing inspection from their end and came across the above issue.

Please share any circular/Notification released from MCA on non-availability of Spice Form under VPD services.

Kindly let me know if anybody have gone through the same kind of problem and found a solution.

Spice form is not Public Document So you cant see it in View Public Document.

Because in Spice form Personal Data of Subscriber/ Directors Like Mobile Number, Email And Other Confidential Documents Like Affidavit And other Important Documents are there so There is chance of Misuse of that Data.

Hi Mukesh, 

Agreed. But in our case Physical copy of MOA and AOA is been attached to spice form and bankers are not getting the form to download from the MCA portal. Upon submission of physical copies of MOA and AOA they are not processing the account opening, as their internal check process did not allow them to do so.

How to solve this issue?

Just Explain Them by pointing out Confidentiality Issue And you can also Give example of other company that For All Company its not Available. You can give him print of AOA And MOA which are printed after incorporation.

Additionally you can mail at appl.h...@mca.gov.in and reply given by ministry u can show to bankers.

Just Convince them because we also face this problem many times.

I am Facing same problem. Unable to download spice form required for clients purpose, and client has incorporated company with some other professionals.they don't have form themselves.
