NOT ABLE TO FILE ADT-1 AGM BECAUSE THE AUDITOR HAS NOT FILED ADT-3

Dear Team,

One of the Auditor membership number has been disqualified but at the time of appointment of another auditor in casual vacancy it is mentioned as just resignation.

Now while filing ADT-1 AGM it shows an error stating the auditor is already appointed for the particular period.

We are not able to file ADT-3 as the membership number is showing as invalid.

Please let us know what would be the next step.

• Because the CA membership number is now invalid, the outgoing auditor cannot practically file ADT‑3; ​

• Raise a detailed ticket with MCA Helpdesk (and, if needed, email to the MCA V3 helpdesk) explaining:

  • that the auditor’s membership is cancelled / disqualified,

  • ADT‑3 cannot be filed because of “invalid membership number”, and

  • ADT‑1 for the new auditor is getting rejected with “auditor already appointed for the period”.​

• Request that:

  • either the earlier appointment be marked as ceased in the backend, or

  • a special relaxation / backend mapping be given so that ADT‑1 for the new auditor can be approved without the linked ADT‑3
