Please go to ICSI site there you can get all the info.

A request to all members: Please don't post queries for which information is available by a little efforts, because I have seen so many queries asking for Form no., Section no. etc. Please make this a platform for discussion and knowledge improvement on serious issues.

Dear All
                         Greetings of the Day.

I agree that a no. of times same queries are being answered by the esteemed Professionals. But as said by Mr. Amit that same query should not be asked. I am not agree with that at all.

What happen when a query is being asked person A gives the reply. It may happen that next time the Peron B can explain the reply in a much good manner with some present case laws or examples, which can benefit the group members. So i think the query must be replied although it is being replied by some Professional earlier also.

Moreover some times, the query/ reply which we are not related/facing we delete/ ignore the same. But the next time when we want reply for same query, answer to that query is not traceable even on google or after many tries we couldn't find the reply even in books or related sites. So posting queries in this group and getting replies from the esteemed Professionals throughout the country, becomes the option of last resort.

And in many cases, the members is new in this group, he might not have seen the reply earlier so he tries to get the reply here as first time from his point of view.

Even i have seen many a times that when some one want any draft resolution/ format, person A provides the same. Next time the drafted format/ resolution is better that the earlier.

So. i think if the same question is being asked by the members tiem and again, no matter if some one knows, mus answer.

Other views are solicited.

Miss Lily Bali,

You can type in MS word , times roman or arial 12 font . You can add also some references about the sources of materials and you may forward it to <ak....@icsi.edu>

Try to provide the following :

1.The full citation of all the cases dealt with by you in the article.

2. A brief synopsis of the article in about 150 words

Your article will be placed before the committee for screening and once it is approved by the committee , you will be  asked to provide your photo and a certification that article is written you and it has not been published elsewhere earlier.
