Incorporation documents

With respect to attestation of incorporation documents, we are incorporating a Company here and have a subscriber to the MOA from Germany. Germany is a party to Hague Conventions and as per the information available, documents Apostilled in German are not accepted in India. Please let us know attestation formalities for documents to be signed in Germany i.e., whether notarization is sufficient or notarization and apostillization is required and apostillization is recognized for incorporation.

It's little bit urgent last date is coming up.

Get the documents consularized at the Indian Embassy in Germany. This will solve your problem. 

Person need to put signature in front of the officials of the indian embassy and they will provide a certificate like appostile called "consularization".
