SPICE+ Form Upload Error

Greetings,

During the upload of SPICE+ E-form the MCA website shows error "DSC not attached " and "DSC not registered on MCA Portal" even though I have attached and registered the same.Every time I try to upload a fresh form, the Director in respect of whom the error came changes.

Please guide how to resolve the same.
