CIN on the letter head

I doubt that section is talking about MCA Email id.

In my opinion, the intention of law maker is every company should mentioned that id on which any stakeholder, investor, authority can communicate to the Company. However, it has not mentioned anywhere but the logic is only this.

Also no prescribed format has prescribed for letter head and only contents have prescribed, so if you have higher stock of letter head then you may prepare a rubber stamp. It is implied provisions of the act.

Thanks you sir, the only intention we all should have that we comply the provisions of the act with true spirit.

In the present situation in india, when all indian was desired to pass lok pal bill for making system more stringent then why not for companies act???

We always try to know the real intention of law maker which sometimes may be express or implied.
