IEPF website issue

Dear Members,

IEPF 1 is uploaded and now we have to upload investors details.  But IEPF website is not working properly since 3 days.  Always getting error saying incorrect user id/password or SRN not matching.

If we raise ticket, I am sure it wont be resolved within the remaining 5 days.  Tried calling helpline number, but no response.

Would anybody help me in this regard with your experience please!

We have been trying to call the number mentioned.  But it is getting connected to wrong person I believe.  Could you please give us the mobile number to reach you?

Dear Sir, 

How did you resolve this issue as I am alos getting same error of invalid User Id/Paswrord or incorrect CIN/BCIN and SRN. Please help.
