Name for LLP

Dear Members,

We have received the resubmission regarding conversion of partnership firm into LLP that 

""Proposed names includes the word '& ASSOCIATES'' which is indicative of a separate type of business constitution or legal person or any connotation thereof. Hence, proposed name is not considered, unless used for incorporating Professional Firms of Chartered Accountants & Company Secretaries. Kindly remove the words ''AND/&ASSOCIATES'' or furnish approval letter from respective institute. 3. Proposed NIC includes audit activities. Please clarify the type of audit to be carried on. In case of statutory audit provide in-principle approval from respective institute/regulatory authority or Rectify NIC accordingly."

Please guide which suffix can be used after a name of the firm as they have objected for the same.

Also, confirm for statutory audit services, the professional firm needs to take the approval of the institute.

If it is a CA firm then first take approval from ICAI institute....get the noc from the institute then submit the form.
