I am incorporating a Chit fund (Pvt) in Karnataka.

I have filed INC-29, just like any other company incorporation. Once the company is incorporated, we need to register with the state government under Chit funds Act (Governed by the State). No prior RBI approval is required (Exempted check RBI website FAQ) 

Simple as that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally for chit companies the name should contain chit. With regard to moa and aoa u can check mca website in data and report column to see the list of companies registered in last month.
