No. Utility Bill means Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill or Municipal Tax Receipt.

Okay. I never tried incorporation from Mobile Bill and even MCA didn't mention Mobile Bill as Utility Bill anywhere. So, I didn't know about it.

Yes you can. I did it for my client. Only thing, along with that, attach sale deed of the property as well to prove that he owns (director) the property.

Yes.. utility bill is proof of evidence of utility services..only thing it carry the name of the owner (proposed director) and adress related to him..and should not be older than two months

You can provide his mobile bill as a proof registered office along with his NOC as suggested by the MCA to me as mentioned below;

"NOC should be given and signed by the owner of registered office premises i.e. by person whose name is mentioned in utility bill."

In my case i uploaded telephone bill of the Director as utility bill, (Director is not owner of the property)

Form get resubmission statting there is mismatch of  Address in NOC & Spice Form as per utility bill.

Can i proceed with same telephone bill ?

Minor mismatch is okay as per MCA, but if there is major mismatch, then it's a problem.

I incorporated a Company in which I skip some part of address from electricity bill, my forms got approved.
