Filing of MSC 1 for makiing application of dormant company

Have recieved notice for ROC regarding strike off of the company which was incorporated in year 2015. 

so now can we file form MSC 1 for makiing application obtaining dormant status of the company. 

Kindly guide.

If the status is changed to strike off, you can't since your CIN will be blocked.

Please send a reply to the notice of  ROC.  This is a must. Get acknowledgement from ROC.

Afterwards, file MSC-1. It can be done before company is striked off.

As per my understanding of explanation (i) to Section 455(1), non filing of Financial statements and annual returns for last two financial years will make the company eligible to apply for dormant status.
