NCD listing

Dear Friends,

Our NCD's are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange post listing we are filing :

Half yearly compliance certificate to BSE apart from this are there any compliance's with BSE, if only our debt is listed.  Please let me know if any other compliance's are to be taken care.

If your company's equity is listed and complying the equity listing agreement, then whatever you have mentioned is suffice.

if your equity is not listed then you please go through the debt listing agreement, as per that you have to comply some more disclosure requirements.
