Process of getting contact-no/email-id from DIN No

Can anyone tell me the process of getting contact-no/email-id from DIN No?

It's very simple

Download form 8 of LLP 

And go to end part of that form after selecting Annual part

Then prefill Din No.there

(note: It's not required to prefill Llpin. And don't misuse this feature ☺️)
