error in DSC Registration

Dear All, 

Can someone guide me on the following error?

I am facing the issue for the last two days. Please let me know if there is any solution for this.

 Please try it again and again, it will resolve automatically.

  If  Not.  then     Please try to update the PIN of DSC, then again Associate the DSC again.

I also got this error,  and it's automatically solved by updating the PIN.

Try it again and again

And try once with chrome too make sure before proceeding u must have these software emsigner and embroidery etc

I was facing the same issue. Changed the password of DSC and tried its done.

If anyone is facing this issue, please change your DSC password.

Now I am getting this error, 

though I have already Registered the DSC
