Dear All,

we have received the re-submission remarks in LLP form 5 kindly confirm as date mentioned on LLP form 5 is the approval of RUN letter and consent letter attached is of november when the partners approved the change of name, kindly also share the format of consent letter.

1. Furnish consent for change of name signed by ALL the partners and DP of LLP. The partners & DP should match with the LLP agreement filed with ROC.

 

2. As One of the DPs of the LLP are body corporate. Furnish consent for change in the name of the LLP in BR form of the said DP.

 

3. The Date on which consent of DP/partners were taken should be same as mentioned in Form No. 5."
