Dear Members,
Please share DRAFT documents that need to be submitted to RBI when there is any change in management of NBFC Company.
1. Board resolution resolving to comply with RBI Guidelines regarding KYC norms and PMLA Norms.
2.board resolution of the target company as well as the acquirer (in case its a NBFC) for the proposed change in control and management
3. Board Resolution for publishing of public notice 30 days before affecting any change/ transfer of shares and after obtaining our approval for change in management and control of the company.
