ROC objection_STK-2

ROC Gujarat has raised below mentioned queries in form STK-2.

1) UDIN Certificate is not attached in Statement of Account.
However, udin was already mentioned in SOA

2) Consent obtained from shareholders are not as per proforma.
However a collective consent letter from all the shareholders was attached, also there is no such proforma prescribed under legislation.

Are these objections tenable ?

ROC / MCA officials need to take a more leniant view when a company requests for strike off. There are no consistent and standard practices followed by the Department, and this causes lots of delay and dragging of feet which is of no use to the stake holders, only the Department feels that they are overworked!
