Kindly let me know the  standard fees charged by pcs for certifying the e-form.

You should charge Rs.1000 atleast. It may go as higher as Rs. 2000.

Normally standard fees is Rs 500/- but it depends on Form which you certifying.

Certification depends upon the risk and responsibilities attached to the certification of the Form. Generally it should be Rs. 1500 for a simple E-Form including certification and filing of E Form.
