The attachment is wrong. AD banks are not accepting other draft certificate than what mentioned in user manual.

You only have to copy paste the exact wordings only. The same is attached herewith for your reference.

I did submit the same as mention in draft in previous mail and got resubmission for exact certificate mentioned in user manual of FCGPR.

The language is same which is in the FIRMS portal 

However your certificate is very blunder, as in certificate your first line says in respect of the details aforementioned above but you have not mentioned above anything and even company name is also not mentioned. so your certificate can be easily misused by many companies.  So change your draft bhai

I signed the same draft regularly. ALL AD banks accept, you only need to convince them that i have not changed the RBI language.

Dear Deepak,

I know that's a blunder.. I had issued the correct one earlier but AD bank has rejected the FCGPR application and i have been told by them that they need the exact wordings of certificate which is in User manual of FCGPR.

You can check the wordings it is copied and pasted from user manual.

I had asked them that if i do not mention the name of the company then how can you guys make sure that the certificate is for that company only?? And i was reverted that the certificate is to be attached at the end of the application and the certificate attached at the end itself certify that the above documents are true, so there was no point of argument with them cause in user manual the RBI has also not provided anything which requires details of company to be mentioned.

For your reference I have attached a screenshot of the old certificate issued which was rejected by the leading bank and they asked me to send the exact page of certificate mentioned in user manual.

I am a professional and i know how to draft a valid certificate, but sometimes we need to give the exact wordings which is stated in the draft documnents of GOVT.

I hope you got my point, cause sometimes arguing with the banks or officials on grounds of your knowledge is baseless on the point where they ask you to do as written in manual.

I submitted the same and it got accepted without any resubmission or rejection.

brother i know you are a very good professional, we know each other personally. I am not having any question on your compatibility.

My point is this, that i always use this format and sometimes my draft also gets rejected sometimes but after discussing with the AD bank and RBI officer they accept the same, as we can't give a unclear certificate where even company name is not mentioned.

Whatever you file, please update the relevant regulations mentioned in the format. TISPRO Regulations has already been repealed by another Non Debt Instrument Rules, 2019.
