Very Serious Problem Provisional DIN

[CS Alpesh Dhandhlya]

Dear Eminent Members

We have appointed 2 AD in March 2012 with Provisional DIN then after No Fianl DIN applied.

AGM too not held so AD are deeded to be retired.

Now I want to file from 32 But the DIN is showing Invalid So How can I file.

ADs are forign national so no proof for Final DIN or Fresh Application of DIN is available.

Apply the fresh DIN now and file the Form 32 again

How can you file Form 32 with provisional DIN ?

There is no provisional DIN, as without approved DIN , you cannot file form 32.

Either the Company has not filed form32

Apply for fresh DIN with all the required documents and complete the required compliances.

Alpesh, to my knowledge provisional DIN system was phased out by 2011. Are you sure you did it for March 2012? The revised DIN process was applicable from 27.03.2011. Link follows below:

Please check the validity of the DIN with DIN approval status in MCA. If it shows the status as lapsed, you can go for fresh DIN application.
