ISSUE IN CREATING V3 LOGIN -TO CHANGE MOBILE NUMBER

Dear Members,

While creating the login ID for one of the foreign director (DIN: 08693034) to register the DSC in the V3 portal as it is required to file the e-form DIR-3 KYC  for updating the new mobile number, the OTP will reach to the old mobile number which is recorded in the database of the director and the said mobile number is not traceable so, we are not able to create the login ID to register the DSC  and in turn we are not able to file the KYC form as well to change his mobile number. 

Kindly guide me how to go about this.

Create an account by selecting User Role as Authorised Repreaentative and put the new mobile number for receiving otp. After successfully creating the account go to my profile and add the role of Director/Designated Partner with DIN and SAVE it. Now you can register the DSC which will be registered against both PAN and DIN.

As mentioned he is a foreigner, there is no PAN for him so, we can't register under Registered user /authorised signatory.

Is there any other way to register.

Register has registered user individual, as there is no mandatory PAN, later we can update the Profile.

It has worked for me.

We had created registered user id but when i try to convert it into business user id it says user id already exists but there is no such business user id we have created. what is the solution for this.
