Form LLP-11-Certification by Company secretary

In case total obligation of contribution of partners of the LLP is greater than or equal to Rs. 50 lakhs or turnover of LLP greater than or equal to Rs. 5 crores, then Form LLP-11 needs to be certified by a Company Secretary in whole time practice.  

In my case, contribution is Rs. 2 Cr. and turnover is less than Rs. 5 Cr.

When filling the form certification by both CS and designated partner is insisted but when the form is generated only certification by designated partner is active and certification by CS is found to be blank. When uploading the form message 'attach mandatory DSC' appears 

Does anybody face the problem
