Our reputed client has an urgent vacancy for Compliance
Experience – 5 to 6 years of experience in relevant Compliance activities
The person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with RBI and FEMA regulation (financial &
non-financial), fraud prevention, fraud /suspicious activity reporting, transaction monitoring, AML
risk assessment.
Job description in detail as below:
1. Ensure compliance with and report to Group MLRO / Board of Directors about adherence of
rules and regulations stipulated by Regulatory authorities such as RBI (as applicable to
Compliance Dept), FEMA (Specific to Companies Act, 2013).
2. Ensuring Compliance with RBI Directions applicable to NBFC
3. Formulate / update and ensure adherence to policies pertaining to Compliance Dept as per the
Group
4. Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns whether periodic or otherwise of ROC, RBI
from Compliance and CS Dept. perspective
5. Act as deputy MLRO.
6. Collect and disseminate the new compliance requirements as and when required.
7. Conducting transaction monitoring and internal risk assessment activities
8. Reporting fraud /suspicious activity to the authorities.
9. Oversee / conduct training programs pertaining to Compliance Dept.
10. Assisting the Internal, Secretarial and Statutory auditors in carrying out audit of all Compliance
and Company Secretarial records.
