NOC in URC 1

Dear members,

Can anyone inform me how to get NOC from concerned Registrar of Companies (llp) during conversion from LLP to Private limited? Is there any eform to be filed?

Hi,

You need to write a letter regarding NOC, Inward it to ROC and Get NOC from them. No E-form is prescribed.
