Stamp Duty in Karnataka

Dear All Learned Professional,

What is the current Stamp Duty rate on Issue of Share Certificates (Physical Form) in Karnataka? Also, what is the procedure to get this done? As the Share Certificates are to be issued to multiple Shareholders, is one E-Stamp Paper for all Share Certificates enough?

issue of share certificate - 0.1% of value shares and you can get a physical stamp where normal stamp paper sells example stock holdings/Cooperative Bank.

for every shareholder to be issued separately.
