CSConnect – An initiative from CS Mysore E-Parivaar

[CSMYSORE CONNECT]

 

Dear All,

Over the past few years there has been a fast growth both in supply and demand for CS Management trainees (MTs) and Fresher Company Secretaries (CS). However, we have observed that when candidates look for Management Training or Fresher CS placement, they find it difficult to get a suitable vacancy. At the same time, companies and practising secretaries are also finding it difficult to get a suitable candidate, when they need one.

Here is an initiative from CSMysore eParivaar to create simple connectivity between demand and supply of MTs and fresher CSs. A team consisting members of CSMysore E-Parivaar with the name “CSConnect” has been formed to link the prospective MTs / Fresher CS with the Companies / Firms. 

What a Company / Firm need to do :-

My query is related to reimbursement of medical expenses to director or Managing Director more than allowed to them acording to their salary structure for eg. One month basic salary in a year.
 
In this respect 2 circulars are passed by the Department of Company Affairs----- Circular No. 2/31/CL-VII/95 dated 7-11-96 and 2/10/CL-VII/99 dated 28-10-99.
 
i am able to find the circular dated 7-11-96 but not able to find the circular dated 28-10-99.
 
so plz help me in finding the circular and if u have ther information in this regard plz share with me.
 
i ill be thankful to you.
