problem in uploading fillip form

since 19.05.2022 not able to file this fillip form and upload it 

error is coming :Digital Signature Verification failed. Please affix a valid DSC.

tried affixing the dsc in new pdf downloaded form 9 but still same error is coming

can anyone please help me in filling this form
