Company Master Data - Access denied

I am getting the following message while checking Master Data in V3 in Chrome.  Same message while checking in V2 also.  Any solutions, pls let me know.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.mca.gov.in/content/mca/global/en/mca/master-data/MDS.html" on this server.

Is MCA v3 error removed for all ISPs, I am still not able to view Company master data.

Any solutions please.
