TDS On rental adjusted out of security deposit

Our company has paid three months security rental deposit. In the agremeent it was refunadable security depsoit. As per the terms of rent agreement, we were required to give three months notice for termination of agreement. We did give the three months notice as required. Now we requested landloard to adjust security depsoit rent with three months rent  but in the agreement it was mentioned as refundable.

In this case how the TDS on rent for next three months will be deposited ? Whether it will be deposited for three months at one go OR it will be deposited in each of the respective three months.

For example,  we paid security deposit in Jan 2014 for three years rental contract. In Jan 2015 we have given three months notice for terminmation and asked for ajdusting of security deposit rent.. How the TDS will be depsoited. Whether for three Months on 7th Feb 2015 or respectively for three months on 7th Feb 2015, 7th March 2015 and 7th APril 2015.

It is depending on book entries you have passed. If you have passed
separate three entries separately, which is most recommended, you will
have to TDS separately for each such month. Otherwise if you have
passed single entry for all the three months, you can TDS singally and
deposit to treasury accordingly.
