RESUBMISSION ERROR

Dear All,

I had filed Form 1(Incorporation Form) and the same was put for resubmission by Bangalore ROC.  Now after setting right the objections, i have been trying to resubmit the form, but to no avail.  this is going on for the past 6 days, i have also contacted ROC people, and they say it is a technical error and that would be rectified in a day or two.  Is anyone else also facing the same problem, how to rectify this problem,

It merely says Transaction Error, asking me to contact ROC help desk.
But when i try to prescrutinize Form 1 the error msg that i get is "Form 1 has already been filed corresponding to the Form 1A reference number."
ROC, Blore say that the portal is slow, and that it would be set right in a day or two.  this they are saying for the last 7 days.

Instead of exporting the original file and attaching documents, take a fresh form and fill it. Try uploading except at the busy hours (probably early morning or late night). Before uploading once again check your transaction status for the incorporation form if it is in resubmission mode or if it has been changed to user clarification mode. Sometimes it happens like that.

Dear Srinivas,

You can also raise a query/grievance to MCA, by clicking on the link "http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/compGriev.html" on the MCA home page. You narrate all the happening with you in the e-mail and I am sure MCA will come out to your rescue at the least time.
