Filing of Form CHG-1

Hi,

our Company has has taken loan for the purchase of XUV 500 Car in the name of the Company, is it require to file e-Form CHG-1 for this..?

If you have given Security of Car Then You need to file the form.

I attended One seminar on New CA 2013 where it said that fore Vehicle Loan to file Charge as per New CA is no more required.

But again it depends on the Bank or Financial Institute from where loan is taken.

If they insist upon creating such charge U must file the form with ROC

But plz read the loan agreement carefully.. Normally they mention a clause in a agreement regarding security nd creating charge.
So please go through with the agreement.
