Date of signing of secretarial audit report

Can Secretarial audit report be dated later than the date of signing of the balance sheet and audit report?

Ideally, the Secretarial Audit Report should be on the same day as that of the Board report.

No other timeline is specified under the CA, 2013. 

Priya ji, kindly let us know the relevant provisions regarding your opinion on the 60 days timeline.

I guess you must be referring to Reg 24A of the SEBI LODR, which relates to ASCR, which may be referred to only in the case of a listed company.

Yeah correct. the time limit is for listed company only. For unlisted companies , no timeline is given. In my case its a private limited company.
