PAN VALIDATION ERROR IN FILLIP FORM

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Greetings of the day.
I am facing an error of PAN CARD Validation while incorporating an LLP. PAN Card of Both Designated Partners shows same error.
When I validate these PAN Cards on Income Tax Website, it shows "PAN is active and the details are matching with PAN database".
In MCA Portal while ASSOCIATE DSC, it shows "Income-tax PAN details do not exist in the system."
In Fillip Form while validate the PAN, it shows: "Income-tax Permanent Account Number (Income Tax- PAN) not exists in INCOME TAX PAN DATABASE ."
I had tried by re-arranging the first middle and last name in every possible manner but not able to resolve the issue.
Can anyone help me to resolve the issue? Please share your views.

First check NSDL website by filling Challan 280. If the problem persists, contact NSDL.

Try PAN Validation by putting only Last Name.
