Dear All

Kindly go through the file

We need to deliberate how to avoid such removal of name from members list. Every PCS has toi be careful while certifiying the forms, We should take all documents to enable us to defend our cases.  In some companies, there are internal disputes among directors for which we should not be victim . In one case one of our member is in employment and also in practice. His name has been removed from the reigster.

Let us have proper documents in place before certifying forms relating to the clients.

Let us have discussion how to avoid such kind of professional misconduct.

Contrary view solicited.

I believe these type of misconduct  continues until the professionals are "selling" their digital signature one place to another place just by e-mail without verifying the Books of accounts and Documents.

Not only selling but by handing over to non profesionals. Several instances every place and our members are getting per form Rs.150/-  balance Rs.600/-  goes to the non professionals.

is it right way to professionalism

Yes it is right. I have also observed that non-professionals are
certifying Forms by taking DSC of professionals and hence the value of
our profession deteriorates. The Institute also not interested in
taking any action.

The crux of the problem lies in lack of initiatives taken by the
Institute for betterment of its members in terms of scope and area of
profession and minimum charges to be charged for the same. Any member
once he gets settled in job or practice nowhere look out for young
members scope in job or practice thats why day by day the annual
packages of any fresh CS in job is getting less and less.

If we raised this question then the reply is that we have to raise our
standard of knowledge and area of work besides only core company law.
yes thats true but unless and until any new member gets job hw he can
develop his knowledge and experience. Yes there are jobs in pvt ltd
companies where CS is only for namesake having no authority and scope
for development.

I hope our Institute does needful for betterment of members who are
fresh in job and also in practice.
